Question cargo space

Hey this may be a dumb question but if i don't ask i may never know. I have a 1995 runner sr5 4x4 that i bought second hand and in the rear cargo area there are 2 side pockets with clip on doors, now one of them (passenger side) has a small bracket and a strap but nothing else was in there and i'm just curious if there was anything in that pocket originally or is it just more cargo space? sorry no pics

The tool pouch, you know, the tire iron, the tool to remove the plastic hub thingies, the rotational lever for the jack, etc.

I believe Toyota makes foldable refective triangles, if you need to pull over, and the box fits in there. I just use it for more junk to hide.

There's a tool for that? I've always just ripped them off with my musskles...

Yeah, there are 2 tools for that! One to take it off and another to put it back on. Don't ask me why you need a tool to do those things, but that's what the manual says.
:pat:

BTW, the triangle things didn't come stock, just the tools (at least on my 4runner).
