Greetings, did a tune up after it started loosing power and missing alot. after about 200 miles it started loosing power again. adjusted the timing but now I can't get it to time correctly. Is this the timing chain or distributor or vacuum issues?

welcome to the site what engine? what vehicle? have you done the proper stuff to time it? there is a special procedure to follow.... it could be anything... can you als obe mreo specific in the problem?
