Camshaft Help

I know this has been beat to death but i have been looking at cams for my 1987 22re 4-runner. With all the choices you have for cams i thought i better ask those of you that have made this MOD. I can't believe the loss in power i got when i put on 31.5" tires! Highway hills are heck to get up know without down shifting and i'm not talking mountains. I'm looking for the best of both worlds, horse power & torque on and off road. What would you suggest?

check out lc engineering. They have some good heads and cams. There are more places, I just cant remember them right now.You may also check the valve adjustment. If they are too loose or too tight you will loose power.

My engine is good and tight. I was getting 338 out of a tank of gas till i went to 31.5" tires. The milage doesn't bother me so much but the power drop does. My problem is which cam is the right one to choose? IE: duration/lift to get the performance i'm looking for or what to expect?
