bumper pictures

i just got a welder and wanted to build a new rear bumper for my 88 pu. and one have and pics of some simple good looking bumper. the brackets are also bent so i wanted to know if its easier to just make new stronger one of try to find some old one and just weld the new bumper to that and bolt it up.

I'd make a new mounting bracket, it's pretty easy on a pickup. If you don't have a BL you can trim a hole through the sheet metal that hangs down and just come straight of the frame.
