Don't bother driving in reverse. They don't work that way. Just pull on the e-brake while stationary.

This sounds like it wouldn't work, but it kinda did. I was getting 9 clicks on my handbrake. But now after trying this a couple of times, I'm barely getting 8 clicks and feels like its grabbing more.
