bought Pep boys mud flaps

bought Pep boys mud flaps
i bout the mud flaps for my 4runner and they dont work b/c of my fender flares. they are the black plastic ones and when i took off my running boards it left a gap so i need something that will fit up with them.. does anyone nkow what to do???? im desperate
