Bog at every shift

Under a good bit of throttle I seem to get a bog at every shift. It is an 02 auto 4x4, with new plugs wires and cleaned mass air. Only known problem is the evap codes, I have tried to dry the cannister out and clean the valves to no avail. If I clear it comes back every third cold start and never sets all the rediness codes for emissions. Could it be in a "safe" mode until all codes set and not adjusting? I am going to take it in to do the timing belt and water pump $479 and have them track down the evap problem, just wondering if anybody has noticed this. I have never seen anyone complain about this bog.

You have a sensor that is bad, or something. Sounds like your shift points are off, or maybe it's skipping a gear, or maybe even slipping.
