Body Mount Missing Need Help ASAP!!!

well on my walk i found a second gen 4runner and it doesnt look like that, but it doesnt mean the 3rd gen doesnt...
the threads i have read say its normal to look like that, but i cant believe it but yotatech has never steered me wrong so i will just believe that its supposed to look like that.
again, my truck is LEANING to the left when its on level ground, and did so with a near empty tank, so what else could this be?

Maybe it's time to go to the Toyota dealer and tell them you are "interested" in a 3rd gen... You may be the first customer that drops right to the ground and crawls under the truck before you even look at the price or the interior.

Though leaning to the left (driver side) is common due to weight of fuel and driver, this could also be a damaged shock. Do you have any leaks...but if you have OME this might not be. Remove shocks and test for proper motion. Also have you checked all the spring mounts, etc?
Giving the symptom of a wobble at speeds is not going to result in a positive diagnostic of your vehicle without some work involved.

im going outside right now to check spring mounts. i dont have any noticable leaks and OME are gas shocks... so if my spring mounts are all in spec, what are the chances of this being a dead shock?
and as i said above, it still leans to the left with 2 gallons in the truck and no driver with two cases of water on the passenger side

ya thats why i was saying with OME you wont see leaks.,
but maybe if you go real close you might hear them leak..haha.
Well you should try and expand your symptoms if possible. Also hit some bumps and turns, brake hard, and see how your vehicle reacts.

And runnerup, our 3rd gen 4runner is the same.
About the lean, do you have a picture of the rear suspension so we can see if we find the problem?

what do you want pictures of and ill go take them right now?
about the body mounts, as far as i could tell everything seemed similar, with nothing noticabley different about any of them

Runnerup,
It looks to me your missing a bushing on the drivers side. Maybe that is why it is leaning. I examined mine (3rd gen 4runner) and found both sides look like your bottom picture. Both bushings were there. Hope this helps. My passengers side is starting to sqeak so might be one of those 3rd gen things.

how much is it lifted? How long has it sat leaning like that?
Lets try to narrow it down. im not to sure about the subject but your supposed to extend the panhard bracket when its lifted, but i am not too sure what the consequences are if you don't maybe thats what is causing the lean?

its lifted 2.5" with the OME kit. as far as i have noticed, its been leaning for a week or two.
i have had it lifted since 2004 or so and 70k miles. you make a good point about the panhard bar, but i would think it would show before now if that was the case
