when driving my 95.5 taco home from my ex's house, i noticed a popping noise going around corners... at first i thought it was just the jack and accessories popping on the back wall of the cab, but after investigation i found that its the cab thats moving freely...

after taking a look at the underside, i found that the body mounts are all loose!! all of them have 3/4" or so play in the bolts... im no genius, but i figure that 1 its not safe and 2 its not supposed to be loose like that...

so, did these trucks come with body mount bushings? if so, could you snap a pic for me?

I don't have any pictures or probably anything of help to you, but I can tell you that my 4Runner had the same issue when I purchased it. The middle body mount bolts had more like a 2" gap in them. I replaced the bushings with Poly ones from 4Crawler as well as new hardware. No idea why they were like that, but my 4Runner was in a mild front-ender before I purchased it.

Maybe the busshings just been beaten up and no good or the salt got to it?
