Question Blown fuse

Hi, I finally found the fuse for my fog lights and was able to change it. The lights work now but the fuse keeps blowing on me. They might not blow after i hit the switch once, but eventually, like within the next couple times I hit the switch, will blow. I checked to see if any of the wires were touching metal or something but they weren't. I even taped them off just in case but the fuse keeps blowing. The fuse is 15a. Oh I might add that they worked fine before without ever blowing but keep blowing ever since I switched the bulbs. They are the same wattage so I don't know whats wrong. Can somebody here help me? Should I try using a 20a fuse or something? I'm running out of ideas. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Have you checked the switch and made sure that the three wires are all securely fastened?
-Check the bulb and make sure that they are hooked up correctly.
-I am thinking that either a wire got knocked loose by the lamp or maybe the light is defective

-let me look at the wiring on my 4Runner when I am off of work and see if there are any other possibilities.

It should be the 20A fuse in the fuse box in the engine bay. It's a big fuse, not like the small 1cm ones. Should be the 3rd from the top on the rightmost column of fuses inthe engine bay fuse box. At least that's what it is in my 2001.
