My 85 (IFS) pickup has a 3inch body lift and I run 35x12.50s R15's, no rubbing at all, you can use stock rims and they will be fine but with your wheel cranked fully you will rub your upper A arms a bit. My stock 2nd gen 4runner runs 33x12.50s no problem, i would recomened wheel spacers if you stick with stock rims or get wheels with more offset.
