I was collecting my idler arm today and saw another Surf with a lift so i went over to it and it had i'd say a 2" suspension lift and was wearing 33x12.5r15's. It looked so cool even though the whole rig was a bit battered. So i've decided i'm definitely getting a lift and these wheels some day. Have to start saving though.

Pity you didn't get any pics and I've gotta say that after seeing Flygenstein's rig, I'm hot for those 33's!

 

Ciaran, i'd begun thinking that getting a 2nd hand idler arm off a wreck might not be a good idea. So after pricing one from Milners at around 210 euro incl postage,, i called toyota a they quoted me 188 euro. Got it in Fitzpatricks in your neck of the woods. V happy now.
