Quite an accomplishment. Useless, and probably dangerous, but i am pretty impressed. I didn't think a 4runner could go that high. Now i know.

That looks like a toughcounrty tacoma kit or a toughcountry Silverado kie made to fit the 4runner. IM going to be doing smothing like that soon. Im goiing with a a 5" tacoma lift, with Revtek spacers on top that. Lifting somthing like 7"+ and with my body lift that adds another 2" total of 9", Im planning of running smothing like 37". With 16.5x19s. Im just tweaking, but mostlkey it will be done some time next year. Any yes I drive a 2wd

Looks damn ugly if you ask me. Just plain ugly. What a waste of a good truck, only to see how high you can go.

Laugh now, untill you see a pic of me crushing cars. Nah, I wont do that, I cant risk getting a slice in the tire. I personaly like huge lifts, gives me a reason to leave my girl at home since she cant get into the truck. Plus I want to be able to spit into people sunroofs of thier "road hog H2s"
Yes, Im going to have a rear locker to go play in the sand at our oh so wonderful beaches.
But a waste of money yes, dangerous yes, ugly to some yes. But so is getting married. I rather spend the money on my truck at least I can still enjoy her after a few hundred thousand miles.

Now what will that do to his re-sale? Wonder if he did a motor/gear swap? Is the 1st pix his "flex shot"?

Must be an ego thing. Kind of childish.

Down here in Flor-duh we call them "Mud Trucks" mostly big fords - but all full size. I just don't see much skill in mud running but then again I like to keep my junk clean.

I love the factory toyota rim sitting in the background...think he is using it as a spare? haha

also I hope he added power via Small Block Chevy or something? maybe dropped in a late model LT1 with a Paxton on it

what a dog that would be...maybe it is a 4 cylinder?

I COULDN'T AGREE MORE!!! I guess thats why I'm not married....plus with that much lift you could hit bigger ruts without worrying about skidding thru on the skid plates! If I had the money and time I would go up to 35's with plenty of lift to spare for flex issues. Plus lift laws here in VA....24" from ground to bumper is ridiculous!
