I was buying a new battery for my wife's BMW at O'Reilly and the guy said I could bring it back before 2 years and get a new one even if nothing was wrong with it. So that got me thinking, because I've been waiting for my Sears Diehard to die in my truck so I could get an Optima. Well I find out my free-replacement warranty on the Diehard was going to expire in 2 weeks, so darn it if that Diehard didn't die today (wink wink) and lucky for me they had a nice stock of pretty red, yellow, and blue Optimas there on the shelf. So they gave me credit for what I payed for the Diehard 35 months ago towards the price of a nice Blue top Optima (deep cycle)
