Bad Grinding noise at speed on the highway
ok, so i've brought this up before but since then its gotten a lot worse. I've got OME 900 coils on the back of my '95 runner and after installing them i noticed a minor grinding noise when i let off the gas at over 60mph when i'm not weighted down. in the past week or so, that noise has turned into a serious grinding/vibration that feels to be coming from the drivetrain area still. i've looked over everything while its parked and the driveshaft doesn't seem to be close to the gas tank anywhere and i can't see any area where it looks like its been rubbing. so what else could this be? it only happens when getting off the gas when i'm over 60-65 mph so i don't know how to check it out from underneath?

I put some rear spacers on my rear coils today and the same thing happens to me, lay of the gas on the highway and I get the noise/vibration.
Found this thread which may be useful https://www.yotatech.com/forums/show...ght=driveshaft
Sounds like rotate the rear axle orget a new drivesahft.
Anone else ?

I have thought about lengthening the upper's to correct my pinion angle. But then I started thinking about how the shocks and panhard rod bolt solid to the housing. What do you do about this?
Do the bushings give enough flex to let the housing rotate enough to correct the pinion angle?
