Back from the dark side...with a 2002 4Runner

Well, after stirring up yotatech a couple months ago by posting my decision to buy a J**p grand cherokee, I finally saw the light and decided to buy a 3rd gen 4Runner. It's a 2002 Limited w/ 61,000 miles and has a warranty for another 40k. I know this thread is worthless without pics, but I just got it so I'll post pics tomorrow in the daylight. Anywho, I just wanted everyone to know I'm back from the dark side and J**ps can burn in hell

'02 was a good year for the 4Runner

Glad to hear you purchased a 4Runner instead of a GP.

Welcome back.

All that J**P talk could have resulted in you being

I have to admit I recently bought a pair of Jeep denim jeans to wear while motorcycling because they are nicely designed for riding (straight legged, relaxed fit, treated to shed water & spills). I promptly debadged the jeans though!

I had a ZJ Jeep Grand Cherokee for about 5 months. Definately good to be back in a Toyota.

But, I will say that I have no problems with Jeeps. In fact, I've been casually looking at the new 4-door Wranglers. Not sure if I'll buy one, but who knows. They've got the lifetime powertrain warranty now, too.
