Its an 80's something Pickup, 22RE, 5sp, 33 x 12.5 MT's, Lifted.

How did he attach it to the truck?

 

He screwed it in with stainless steel hardware. I was going to urathane mine on, but Jimmy (the owner of the this truck) Needed it more than I did.
