ARGH! Bad experience with Jegs customer service

ARGH! Bad experience with Jegs customer service
Just got off the phone with Jegs customer service and all I can say is WHY OH WHY DIDN'T I JUST ORDER FROM SUMMIT RACING?! 
I'm sure Jegs is a fine establishment normally but after trying to return my damaged Flex a Light fan (not shipping damage ... fan was mangled but the shipping box was fine), I'm definately not shopping there anymore.
Looks like I won't be installing my Flex a Lite electric fans til much later. :mad:
