ARB Sahara winch bar on a 96 runner???

ARB Sahara winch bar on a 96 runner???
Does anyone out there know if the new ARB sahara winch bar will fit in on a 96 4runner, i know make one to fit a 99 and up, but not sure about 96-99? If anyone has mounted one, I would be nice to hear a installation advice or pics on how it went. Thanks for your comments!
