both are a waste really, unless you just have to have one... i used to rember that company a long time ago, i thought they went out of business.... maybe not... personally that grill guard looks cheap.....

Looks cheap but does have all of the good mounting bracket points. I bought one on ebay and it only mounted to the top of the bumper and was wobly. My buddy Mike welded brackets at the base and stiffened it right up. Also shipping is $39! I just sent a 4runner tailgate from Washington State over to the east for $36. Seems high for something that will come in a box the size of your arm or leg. There are better deals than that. I say keep looking and find one for a lesser price but that does look like it would work aside from possible chrome peelage.
