Airbag dash light on?

Airbag dash light on?
Any ideas why?
Manual says take the vehicle back to the dealer for service immediately.

Get the code. "Service immediately" bit is probably for liability purposes in case the bags deploy accidentally, which is highly unlikely.

Well I started her up this morning and the airbag light came on at startup like it's supposed to and went off.
So I'll see what happens.

The code should still be in the computer, even if the light is off. I'd suggest to be proactive in the airbag matter and follow up on it.

I just had my light come on today as well. Hopefully I'll get some time this weekend to pull the code....
