Question Air Pressure Opinions?

Well I am taking the Runner out this weekend for the first time since I have owned it to try out the BFG's. We will be on a closed course that will have alot of mud, some hills, ruts and stuff. It looks like the dirt has alot of clay in it. I am curious what everyone recommends for a good tire pressure to run. I am running 31X10.5 BFG A/T's We have the ability to air back up when we leave so that shouldn't be too much of a problem. Thanks!

I'd say something in the 15-20psi range. I run my 32" Dueler ATs at 20psi and they do really, really well. If there is a ton of mud, or the trails are really soft, go to 15. Otherwise you should be fine at 20. I say error on the high side until you know that you need to go lower.

I say 15psi, maybe as low as 12. At 20psi my scorpions don't change much. I have a friend who routinely goes down to 4-6 psi when he's racing on the dunes.
