The Air Conditioning in my 1999 $Runner often smells moldy. I've been told it has to do with the drain pan the condensation runs into. If the pans does not drain, the pan gets mold in it and it starts to smell.

Does anyone know where that pan is and how to get to it? I want to check it out and give it a good cleaning.

There's a drain hose on the passenger side, just behind the RF wheel well. I'd think that the hose connects to that pan.
