After Flex Fan Install Question.

Okay I got the Flex 210 installed over the weekend. Now everytime the fan kicks on the is a vibration that feels like a surge. if that makes sense. About every three seconds there is a brief vibration that starts a little then builds up and then declines to nothing. The total time of the vibration is about a second. Maybe one of the fans are off balanced? any suggestions.

Also has anyone gone through the trouble to hook up the wiring for the a/c option? I have not (I read the thread on the potential Chernobyl wiring issue). But, until the fans kick on it gets kinda' toasty in the cab.

I do get a surge when the fan kicks on but that's only because it's drawing a good bit of voltage when it kicks on. I can actually see my lights dim for a brief second when they come on. I don't have any vibration problems though.

And hooking up the a/c option is very easy. I just ran my wire up to the fusebox and tapped in there. Just make sure you get a good fuse and wires to avoid the meltdown some of us are having.
