added a coinholder in console
i bought a coinholder off ebay a couple weeks ago to put inside the console bc i had no good place to keep change (no ashtray). its the same as the 4th gen coinholders.
i made this bracket out of some angle aluminum from lowes.

after those pics were taken i JB welded the nuts so they wouldn't loosen, then spray painted it flat black. i used short wood screws to attach it to the front plastic inside the console

no more sliding or rattling coins! well...except for pennies.

Looks good to me! Good idea on the bracket too. My 01 Tacoma came with a change holder in the top center consol. I wish they would have made it to hold $5.00 in quarters instead of just $2.50. It takes me about $5.00 worth of quarters to wash my truck at the car wash after running around in the booonies, Lol.
