ABS light comes on with bumps
We had new tires put on our 1999 Toyota 4 Runner and they had to replace a lug bolt. Now ABS light comes on when we're on a bumpy road. They had to remove the front left hub to replace the bolts, could this have caused the problem and what might the problem be?

Mech could have messed up the sensor, its wiring or mounting.

Debris on the sensor can cause issues you describe, it can pick up metal when being reinstalled.
I thought there was a slot to replace studs so removal wasn't necessary once the calliper was removed, maybe that was a corolla I'm thinking of, regardless this is why I torque them to spec 85-90ft/lb, I also never let any shop install my wheels and lugs, they always came back looking like a blind man put them on with an impact set at 130ft/lbs, I've also seen the coop students at the dealership standing on someones new rims to remove my gas tank for a TSB. Lesson learned, and I don't know why they put weights on the outside of a rim, I always ask they put them on the inside lip, rant off, sorry.
