98 Rear Deflector

98 Rear Deflector
OK, I've got a '98 Limited 4Runner, dealer installed TDS remote start, even a toyota hitch, not a aftermarket one, every option except the rear spoiler/deflector. Well I bought one on ebay about a year ago and never installed it. I don't want to just drill some holes. Does anyone have any pics showing how it is installed? And measurements.

Remove the interior panel.
Set the deflector up top and mark the holes.
Drill holes.
Apply a little silicone to keep moister out.
Insert the mounts (bolts).
Fasten your nylock nuts; if there not, use some Loctite.
Having a swivel socket or adapter will help.
