96 Toyota vibration

Recently I did a front and rear brake job, including rear axle seals and bearings, new rear brake cylinders, flushed and bled brake lines, replaced rear diff. fluid. All rotors and drums were turned. I'm now experiencing an intermittent vibration at various speeds, sometimes quite harsh. After checking to see if I had unusual heat transference through the wheels, I noticed the right rear wheel was getting hot. I re-adjusted the brake pads on that side and the next time we used the vehicle, now the left rear wheel is getting hot. I did inspect the brake springs and their positioning on the right side before re-adjustment but have yet to inspect the left side since our short trip. I live on an Island, therefor all trips are short in nature. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Did you replace with OEM shoes? Some aftermarket shoes are not the exact shape required and thus work poorly.
