96 4runner ac plus tps problems

Hi guys got a 96 4runner 3.4 v6 whice is giving me some problems.Just recently my ac stopped working when driving and my idle now has dropped down a bit from what it used to be.Ac will not work at idle but will work when I give it some gas.I do notice if I unscrew my tps and move it up just a tad my ac will work at idle and idle would jump back up to normal rpm.But as soon as I drive down the road ac will stop working at idle and idle will drop back down. Here is some parts that I inspected or changed

Freon level is topped out buddy told me looks good on his gauges
no leaks or tears that I can see or hear
cleaned maf sensor
took off and cleaned throttlebody with carb cleaner
cleaned and wire brushed my iac also magnet seems to be working
changed out upstream o2 sensor to a denso one
Changed out Tps sensor twice with genuine Toyota ones
checked for vaccum leaks none that I can find
fan clutch seems to be in working order tried the newspaper trick and cannot stop the fan
Also no CEL code on dash

Im just wondering if its my ac giving problems or is it the tps whice is causing my idle not to bump up to turn on compressor.Or is it a totally different problem im facing. Its just weird that when I adjust my tps just a tad bit ac will work at idle and it will idle the way it suppose too.I can leave it at idle and it will run flawlessly for hours but as soon as I get her on the road dead bird.
If anybody can chime in on this one please do thanks!

Worth swapping out the original(?) TPS for a new one. Buy genuine, $40-$50, takes 5 minutes to swap.
