95.5 won't start unless hit with starting fluid.

95.5 won't start unless hit with starting fluid.
Having an issue with my sr5 v6 if it sits to long it will just crank and not Fire, if I spray some starting fluid in it just a little bit it'll fire right up and run and idle.

Intake leak? Too much air mixing in and interfering with the fuel it seems. Dirty meter/intake sensor perhaps?
Does it idle rough? Stall? Engine light come back on?
Could also be fuel pressure related...but I'd check for the above first.
