92 4x4 3.0 - Hard to start when warm

My 92 xtra cab 4x4 3.0 is hard to start when warm. I switched out the Bosch platinums with some Densos but no change. Any advice would be much appreaciated.

A tune up might help. When was the timing belt last changed? I have also heard that excessive carbon buildup can cause a vehicle to not run right when it is ran, shut off and started again because the heat expands the carbon or something.

Could be a leaky cold start injector.....seems to be a problem on the 3.0L motor.
