I cant seem to find if theres a fuse for the rear window and/or the rear wiper... I did spill a lil water on teh console and then the stuff stopped workin, can any1 aid me in this....please!!!

You know I've got an 88 4Runner with a similar problem....I need to use my key to get the window to go down...but the button on the console will raise the window or I can use my key to raise it....why oh why does the button not do both? lol
