this is first 22r ive had , had several 3.0's, looking for page that displayed the intake mods as well as others

there's not really much to do besides from the typical stuff like porting and polishing, bigger valves etc. you can run an offenhauser manifold but there usually isn't a whole lot of benefit unless you're running a weber carb(as the weber will bolt directly to an offy intake, while you need a leaky 2 piece adapter to run it with a stock manifold)

87? did they have carbs that year?
Or do you have a 22re?
Cause Kyle is right if you have carbs, and he knows that stuff!!

the last year of carbed 4x4s was '87, and '90 or '91 i think for 2wds.
