86 runner lift question

86 runner lift question
I'm wondering how I go about lifting the front of my 86 runner. No springs, just shocks. Lifted the rear about 3" with shackles. I'm getting 33x12.5's for my rig and want to minimize the rubbing and add more ground clearance so I dont get hung up again.
