hey guys i got a guy who may be willing to trade me out of my chevy for an 85 toyota ext cab 4x4 22r 5 speed with power windows and locks with cold air.............well my ?'s are this what should i look for in the truck that may need repairs that i don't notice

and how much should this truck be sell for ''he said it was in great shape"
so i don't know yet what it looks like

rust is the biggie. box, rear end of frame and floorboards. 85s are sought after by many 4 wheel enthusiasts for the efi and solid axle combo. depending on the condition and the mods, it's really hard to say what it'd be worth - anywhere from $500 - $5000 and possibly even a bit more if it's hardcore.
