Arrow 5.29 install question

i am going to put 5.29's in the old runner next weekend and was wondering what thickness and number of shims to use on the pinion to get it close to the right depth, because i don't want to be pressing a pinion bearing on and of all day, and would using the factory shim pack work to get it close on the first try, thanks

Yup. Every third member casting is a little bit different, that's why there's shims in the first place. If you re-use the existing shims, odds are you're gonna be dead-on with the new gears or at least very close.
