Ok, found an Axle Code table that explained it pretty well, only thing is that I'm not sure what the 'A' at the end of my code means. According to the chart I'm supposed to have a 138mm dia. ring in 3.545. According to the chart I found, the last digit should designate the number of pinions with or with out limited slip. Here's a pic of the code.
The 'A' at the beginning means a 7.5" front diff
The '03' means 4.10 gears (this was originally mis-typed as '30'
)The 'A' at the end means a 2-pinion open diff.

Looking at that chart that jaybird302 posted, it is NOT for Tacomas, its for Toyota pickup (Hilux). Thats why we are mis-reading it. The code structure changed completely for Tacoma in 95.
