Hey guys new guy here. I got a 99 4runner 5 speed and i can't get the 4wd shifter out of H2. It won't move. I have noticed a small leak that may becoming from the transfer case, but unsure. Anybody have any answers or experience with this. Thanks

 

I would check the fluid level of the transfer case.

 

I have sometimes had to be moving a little to get it to shift and other times it will shift stopped.
