4Runner wiring harnesses

I recently bought two 4runners, a 2001 and a 2000. I am doing a 4wd swap because the good frame is only 2wd. Can I use the wiring harness from the 2wd 4Runner or do I have to take the wiring harness from the other one for the swap as well?

Nobody wants this one? You are going to have a problem. 2001 uses an electric actuator for the front diff. and 2000 uses a vacuum actuator. You don't say which year is the 4wd, but either way the harness you have is not going to work without modification. Further, substantial modifications were made in 2001 for the traction control system, so that is also going to be a major issue. If I knew which was 4wd, I could say a little more.

In any case, take both.
