Plus ordering big items like bumpers is a challenge on its own living in Canada...hard to get large heavy item's shipped up here.
I would listen to your gut, and get a front bumper. It's not going to matter if you have a lift or sliders, if you smack a deer. Speaking of that, I need one too.

Should of bit my tongue! Just came back from the cabin early....about 1am last night after leaving work...just inside a provincial park called Agassiz...see about 4-5 to the right grazing along the side of the road...two up the left so I slowed right down and then all of a sudden the one deer from the pack of two just darted across and I caught her on the back end...she just bounced off...it was almost like slow motion. Luckly I was only going about 25k and there isn't much damage. Weird how things happen when the subject of the event had been previously spoken about on the same day within hours. :argh:

Hey, are you from Winnipeg by any chance? I think I've seen your truck around the Transcona area?

How well do the xenon flares fit? I've had the bushwackers and didn't like them very much. and are they hard plastic or flexible?

That's sweet, I was looking at your truck in awe a little while back. I was driving east on Regent and you were heading west if I recall right. Are you a member on winnipegheights.com by any chance? We've got a pretty big population of Toyota truck owners on there if you wanna check it out.

Yeah I actually remember passing you. Nope not on Winnipeg Heights..thought that was more for the racing scene and less 4x4'n.

There's lots of guys with trucks there. There's even an off-road club called "WHORE", which stands for Winnipeg Heights Off Road Enthusiasts. We usually get some pretty good runs going at Seddons, floodway, etc.

If all you have is a hotmail (or any other "free" email domain), add me on msn at recklessrider13@hotmail.com, and I get set you up with an account.
