New to the board here, not finding an answer with the search button yet so thought I'd ask.

I'm contemplating a 3rd gen 4runner (99 most likely) 4x4. I know there was a rear e-locker available but what was the option code to look for?

Also, is there a list of things to look for mechanically on these guys?

From what I can tell on the board, 33" tires will not fit stock. Have I misunderstood this? If a lift is needed for 33's, will 35's fit with a 2-4" suspension lift?(if it's gotta be lifted for 33's may as well go 35's right )
