4Runner Antenna Fuse???

4Runner Antenna Fuse???
I have a 1994 4Runner with the 3.0, 4WD. A few years ago, I forgot to turn my stereo off before I went off-roading. Probably don't need to tell you what happened to the antenna. Somehow, i was able to disconnect SOMETHING that kept the antenna from trying to raise and lower every time I turned it on. Now (after 3 years without the truck because I blew the engine... VERY long story that I'll be happy to share), i'm unable to find the fuse or relay location that I disconnected to get it to stop trying to go up and down. Can't find ANYTHING in the Haynes manual for it, can't even find a fuse box identifier plate anywhere. Anyone who can help me out with this would be greatly appreciated. Contact me at jseetin@ksu.edu or jaybird0825@hotmail.com Thanks in advance for the help.

Yeah, I've got a similer story... went offroading and the attenna ripped off. But thats ok!! I dont want it anymore anyway, but what I do want is to stop the ˟˟˟˟in motor running on and off whenever I turn my engine on. Starting to be a pain in the @ss. So yeah, if there's a fuse or a wire I could snip let me know too!!!!

The antenna motor and its power plug can be accessed by unbolting the wheel well cover at the front passenger side fender. I don't know where the power antenna relay is since my truck did not come with a power antenna but I do have one from a '94 pickup that's lying around my garage somewhere.

Thats what I wanted to hear!!! You know I was getting to the point of thinking, "WTF?!?....
Do I have to take the whole fender off?!?" But now thank to you.... Woo Hoo!!! I dont have to! So now I just have another thing to add to the "to do" list.

Lee,
I actually found the relay that disconnects it, in case you haven';t already dug into your fender. It's next to the steering column under the driver side dash. About the size of a pack of cigarettes, and mine is orange. Pull that and it'll stop all the grinding or whatever it's doing.
