3vze question

At the rear of the 3vze engine - there is an attachment that has several sensors / water hoses etc going to it. I don't know what it is called - water bypass assembly or something along those lines.

One of the sensors has two vaccum lines going to it. Does anyone know what that particular sensor is called.

During removal I broke off one of the vaccum line connecting points. dang it.

Not sure what the technical name is, but it controls when the engine sucks in fuel vapour from the charcoal canister. I'm assuming it's some kind of thermal switch that opens when the coolant warms up.

I believe your referring to the bi-metal vacuum switching valve.
Mine was replaced recently and I have the part number in my truck if needed.
I don't what it does specifically or what was wrong with it.
