3RZ low compression in 2 cylinders. Need advice

Hey everyone, did a compression test on my 3rz today it has 304K miles on it, the numbers came out 180 160 160 180.

The 20 psi drop on the middle 2 cylinders worries me a little but isn't far off from the 10% variance that is normal, which would be 18 psi in my case.

Should I worry about this? I did a block test since it is adjacent cylinders (possibility of failing head gasket) and there were no combustion fumes in the coolant, and no coolant oil mix. My next step will be to check valve clearance and lastly pull the head if needed. I already ordered a new head gasket and studs to prepare for it, just wondering if I should be worried to drive it or not.
