Question 3rd Gen 4runner Wheel Setup?

I wanted to get some thoughts on my setup.

96 4runner SR5 2wd

- 99' 4x4 springs front and rear
- No lift
- No fender flares.

I want to buy American Racing AR-23 wheels
16x7 -6 offset 3.75BS
BFG A/T KO 265/75/16

I don't want my wheels to come out too much since I don't have a flare kit.

Will this wheel spec setup work? No rubbing issues? Is the BS correct?
16x8 0 offset, 4.5 BS will stick out too much... Thanks In advance.

the bs on those is an inch less than stock, and withoutflares, the 265's will probably stick out a bit. not too sure though

I have roughly the same truck and my MT wheels have 4 7/16 of BS. When I first installed them, they hit the brake calipers just ever so slightly. I ground down one of the calipers, but ended up getting some thin (about a 1/4") wheel spacers. I was concerned about the wheels sticking out too far, especially without any flares. With the lift and AT tires, mine stick out maybe 1 to 1.5 inches beyond the fender. I can fire off some pics if it would help.
