Finally got some to work on these (summer job is in Montana)

Cut some 22 gauge sheet metal to cover where the speakers go and started painting

Pic of the door with sheet metal (will have painted pix up tomorrow)

Would anyone be interested in a set? I may have found a fabricator that can make these. A set being 4 doors form probably $500 (just a guess on the high side)

I'll ask him if he's still willing to make them. The only problem is that when I originally posted, there was a 3 week period he could have my 4runner to build prototypes. I still have the doors/ measurements for him to use, but he may do it a little bit differently than I did.
