3lbs of boost!! help!!

3lbs of boost!! help!!
So i got my oil changed a few weeks ago at the dealer, ever since i've only been pushing 3lbs of boost at full throttle, when it shoul be between 5 and 7lbs. I'm going nuts. Any ideas, i checked all the vaccuum lines and they're all connected, don't know what to do. I am dreading taking it to the dealer to get worked on. any suggestions??

Perhaps the pulley is slipping?
