The max you can do the torsion bar crank is a wheel to fender of about 15". After that the ride will be very stiff. I am at 14.75" wheel to fender (with my old 15" wheels) and with the 1.5" HD springs I sit level. You will not be level with the extra spacers. Make up the extra room with a 1.5" or 2" Roger Brown body lift.

ive got the 3in kit but i sit pretty level even at a moderate tbar crank, maybe all the stereo equipment is weighing down my rear end some though. and no you wont need longer front shocks, theres no way to extend the IFS travel without doing some fancy A-arms etc, so stock length will do you fine.
