33s on 17s

does anyone make 33" (or approximate) tires for 17s besides goodyear and bfg (the two most expensive tires). I'd like 17s, I can get the wheels cheap but tires are 60 more a piece than if I go with a 16" wheel.

i was looking at 17s, the rims arent too much more expensive than 16s, but the tires are a lot more expensive..... i actually want to get 17" black steel soft 8 style with some 33ish sized tires....
