3.4 timing question

While doing my timing belt I turned both the crankshaft and at least one of the cam shafts independantly of the rest of the system.

2 Questions

On the 3.4 does this throw all the timing off or is everything where it needs to be if I just line up all of the marks?

If things are off, it looks like I need to pull the cylinder heads to readjust everything, has anyone here done this before?

Thanks

Set everything at TDC and you will be fine. The 5VZ is non interfearence so you can spin the crank without the cams even turning and nothing will be damaged. Just line up the appropriate timing marks while the crank is at 0*
